New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1986. Hardback. Very Good. FIRST TRADE EDITION. 8vo. Grey cloth, lettered in gilt and silver, blind-stamped Borzoi device to bottom board. Fore-edge untrimmed. Pushing to spine ends, fine bands of sunning to board edges, ghost of Sellotape to ffep, else, clean and bright. In Sara Eisenman's original dust jacket: sunned, light creasing to spine ends. Very good/ very good.
