About This Item
Garden City, New York: Doubleday & Company, Inc., 1975.. First US edition. 8vo. (viii), 183, (1) pp. Publisher's dark red cloth backed light red boards, gilt lettered to the spine, curiously supplied with the jacket of a Bodley Head first British edition, inscribed on the front pastedown "C.J.C. Mcoustra... 1986 from his cousin Lynne, the author (eve of Lynne & Chaim's move from Acton to Dorset)". The supplied jacket is slightly too tall for the book and, thus, is edge worn and with losses, the book itself very good.
