Encased in the publisher's original black paper board folder with a black cloth spine and the author's name in white on the front cover. One of 450 numbered copies from a total edition of 500. Printed on Olde Style Wove Cream White paper at Wickersham Printing Co. and bound by A. Horowitz & Sons. Barbara DuPree Knowles was the designer.
