About This Item

London: Octopus Books, 1979. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/Issued Without Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. First edition third printing. Book is tight and clean with a slight lean. Boards sharp and clean. Feels tight and lightly read. Very light bump to head and foot of spine, text block edges have toning and dusty top edge. Very good condition. This printing was issued without a jacket. For grading accuracy books are photographed without a protective book cover. Note we do not use stock images, the book pictured is the book described. A very nice example of this superb collection. Contains 23 stories by great novelists including Asimov, Wells, Aldiss, John Christopher, Leinster, Harrison... etc .. A really great SF collection.
