Lightly faded to spine and edges, bumping to spine ends and wear to heel. Rubbing to corners. Dust jacket has some chips and tears to spine and joints and front flaps, sunning to edges and spine, bumping to edges, a few small damp stains. Roughly cut edges. Bookseller sticker of Lariat's Books, Boston to FFEP. Text is clean. This is the story of an experiment in hypnosis, how it came about, and its amazing results. It is a true story (a fact which makes it all the more amazing) that spans the bridge of time from Colorado in 1952 to a day in Ireland in 1798 via the story of a subject of Bernstein's experiment, Ruth Simmons, who told the story of Bridey Murphy.
