Written by Henry Miller, an important American novelist who created a new literary form, the semi-autobiographical novel that incorporates character study, reflection, literary criticism, and stream of consciousness. He was the author of controversial works that contained vivid depictions and descriptions of sex and sexuality, including Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, lovely, with just a small amount of bumping to the extremities and light fading to the cloth at the head of the front board.
