Dustwrapper edgeworn and torn, with substantial loss to upper panel; endpapers, outer leaves and edges somewhat foxed, some spotting elsewhere. Very good condition, in a fair dustwrapper. (Hosken, p. 148) Lawrence Elwin Neame (1876-1964) "was a quiet, unassuming man whose forte was leader writing, which he developed into a fine art.
