Scribner c1903,, 1903. Hardcover. Fair/No Dj. George Wright. Small yellow pictorial cloth octavo. Rare book. first edition. The book is tight but has some stains on corners at margin inside, the cover is fraying, faded, and stained. There is a design of confederate and union flag with anchor inside wreath on cover in red blue and gold. Brady writes in the preface in 1903 "I have watched the evening camp-fires under the trees at Chickamauga, while I wore the Army uniform, and have fancied I was an actor in that tremendous cataclysmic battle, . desperate and bloody. " Vignettes by Louis D. Arata. Rare book.
