Very Good/Very Good. 630 g.; XII, 324 pages, last two pages blank, intentionally, acknowledgements. 1/4 black coloured boards with silver titles. 3/4 white coloured boards with embossed illustration of a man on the front panel. This book is a first edition and has a complete number line: -- 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1. Illustrated dustwrapper by Ron Zinn, with green and gray titles to the front panel and backstrip. In the very near future a man down on his luck is guarding what is called a 'Spares Farm', people grown to be spare parts for the original donors. Trouble finds him though, and he leaves with some of the 'spares' and he then has to make a decision to make -- keep running or even the score? The top edge of the text block has to pale yellow marks like foxing, only yellow! There is no other damage to describe. Full number line. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
