Random House, 1952. Hard cover. Fair/Fair. Jacket spine is sunned. Jacket edges are worn. Jacket is tanned. Spine is shaken, but secure. Text block tanned and lower corner is water stained. Back end leaf has an article inserted titled, "Boom Town on a University Campus" by Leon Hale from 1977. Article has left a stain on the end leaf. Inside is tanned, but otherwise clean and unmarked.
