A superb collection of first hand Civil War battle accounts. This volume compiled by Hale, author of The Man Without A Country. An elusive Civil War title. Covers very gently rubbed with several scuffs. Head and tail pieces chipped with portions lacking. Contents slightly shaken. Lack of continuity to endsheets at front and rear hinges. A Very Good crisp copy.
