FULL PAGE AUTHOR'S NOTE IN BLUE INK ABOUT THE BOOK AND SIGNED BY HALL ON LAST BLANK PAGE. TWO LETTERS TO TREVOR HALL, ONE BY HIS SON RICHARD. 8vo, 220 x 140 mm, 8¾ x 5¾ inches, portrait frontispiece of Gurney and 6 plates, some with 2 images, pages: xi, 219 including index, original publisher's black cloth with gilt lettering to spine, DUSTWRAPPER. Book in very good condition. Dustwrapper has slight wear and small closed tears to head and tail of spine and some dusty marks on back panel. The presentation reads. "For my dear friend Percy with best wishes Trevor". Underneath there is a note from Trevor Hall stating that there is a note of some interest on the rear end-paper. Underneath that there is another note: "N. B. Kindly returned to me by the widow of Percy Muir after his death". MORE IMAGES ATTACHED TO THIS LISTING, ALL ZOOMABLE, FURTHER IMAGES ON REQUEST.
