About This Item

San Francisco: SOMA Books, 1997. This First American Edition includes a "number line" ending in a "1" to indicate First Printing. Peter Gordon of London's Sugar Club has provided over 100 unique recipes as an example of "fusion cooking" in which he fuses together Asian, Mediterranean, and North African flavors to create an original cuisine. The book is in Fine condition with a Fine dust jacket. I've placed the price-unclipped dust jacket into an archival Brodart protective sleeve. The book is bound in blue boards with die-stamped silver spine titles. The book measures 8 by 10 1/2 inches and includes 208 pages.. First American Edition. Hard Cover. Fine/Fine. Illus. by Jean Cazals (photos); Trevor Flynn (illustrations). 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
