About This Item
London: A & C Black , 1914. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Very good plus red cloth, gilt emblem front & spine, top edge gilt and no foxing. Inman 216. Spine is slightly darkened, and there is a bit of wear on some corners. Fascination of Europe Series. Later expanded to a 20s Series volume. Illustrated by 32 fine watercolors, map. Pages 204 with index. The second edition of 1930 seems much more common than this 1914 first edition, especially in this condition..
