Octavo, red cloth covered boards decorated in gilt with map of Holy Land in gilt and gilt spine titles. 312pp. with index. Illustrated with 63 photographs in black and white. Two folding maps in rear. A tight copy with bright gilt cover decoration. Previous owners custom printed bookplate on pastedown and tiny identification stamp on title page. Spine slightly sunned and a bit of darkening to boards. Even with the defects described a very attractive and very good plus copy..
