San Antonio, Texas, U.S.A.: The Naylor Company, 1950. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 248 page epic poem "Dedicated to the Trail Drivers of the Great Southwest". Tight and bright copy with yellow boards and black print and graphic of herding longhorns. Front paste down paper has previous owner's address label, and top right corner of front free end paper has erasure. Else clean interior. One page has diagonal crease on bottom corner, and paper is tanned. Dust jacket has price intact. Orange color has faded somewhat on spine. Corners and spine top show a chipping with a little loss. Two small closed tears on top of front panel - a 1/2" closed tear at hinge, and another about 1/4". Yellow of rear panel shows some rubbing and spotting.
