This copy has a presentation inscription penned and signed by the author on the FFEP.; 6" x 8-1/2"; xi, 403 pp; Slightly worn along the top and bottom edges, a few spots of light soiling, a few pages have brief comments or underlining-all are in pencil except one four line area that is highlighted . Jacket is little worn but soiled (esp. rear panel), in fresh mylar jacket. Solid hinges. .

Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
