Bartholomew and the author. Original black cloth with an embossed gilt image of a tribesman. Top edge gilt. 1902 gift inscription, the recipient's name crossed through, on verso of frontispiece plate of Vol. I. Cloth snagged at heads and tails of spines and at the lower end of the spine of Vol. I. Inner hinges cracked. A good set.
