Scarce catalogue of on of the earliest posthumous sale of Ingres's works.


The sale was held on April 27, 1867, and included sixteen works belonging to Ingres's widow, as well as the Odalisque with a Slave, owned by Charles Marcotte d'Argenteuil's heirs. All prices indicated in ink by a contemporary hand.
