Here the author collected, translated and annotated 665 letters, telegrams and reviews from the years 1889-1894 to trace the genesis of one Verdi's greatest triumphs. A fine bright copy bound in maroon cloth, spine lettering gilt, in fine yellow dust jacket lettered in black.
