About This Item
London: Faber & Faber; (1934). First Edition . Hardcover. Dust Jacket Included. First U.K. edition of the author's second regularly published book, very good in a very good dust jacket. The book has red cloth, which is lightly stained at the lower edge of the rear board (a light brown stain, difficult to see). The top front corner is slightly bumped. The jacket has some minor discoloration on the front panel, and small chips at the top and bottom of the spine and corners of the flap fold. There is also one creased, closed tear at the top of each panel. Really a very nice copy of a fragile book (just 43 numbered pages).
