New York: Atheneum, 1968. 214 pages. Schoenbrun, the famed CBS correspondent, was a student of Vietnam history from his meeting with Ho Chi Minh in Paris in 1946 to his meeting with Vietnam leaders in Hanoi in 1967. In 1968 as a faculty member at Columbia University, he taught the first year-long course in Vietnamese history to be taught at any American University. The book is SIGNED, without inscription, and dated 5/15/68 by Schoenbrun on the half-title page. The book is generally clean and tight, with some wear at edges of cover; minor tanning on back cover.. SIGNED. First Edition. Paperback. Collectible-Very Good-. Small 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" Tall. Book.
