Contains black and white illustrations and plates throughout. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Thumb-marking present. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Noticeable creasing to gutter. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Visible tanning to spine and edges. Splits to spine ends. Scuffing to boards. Notable peeling leather to spine.
Synopsis
Twenty Years After is a novel by Alexandre Dumas, père. This sequel to The Three Musketeers and a book of the so-called D'Artagnan Romances (the third and last book being The Vicomte de Bragelonne, including the famous volume, Man in the Iron Mask) was serialized from January to August, 1845.
