Most of the voyages undertaken were between North and South America. Includes one notable voyage in the Schooner Sea serpent 1821-22 between NY & Callao Peru. 213pp & 2 pp ads, engraved frontis & 4 litho. plates. Orig. blind stamped decorated green cloth. Cover has a discolored circle visible. Written on the Inside front cover is the pencil signature of "John Pindie 1851" Hill P57.
