Northport: Lighthouse Publications. Near Fine. 1990. Softcover. The author's father, James McCormick, was a lighthouse keeper on South Fox Island in Lake Michigan before moving to Northport in Leelanau County in 1923 to become the keeper of the Grand Traverse Lighthouse. The author describes her childhood memories growing up with her 7 siblings during that era. The covers are the original white stapled, printed, wrappers; there is an old price sticker on the lower corner of the rear wrapper, else the covers are in nice condtion with no creases, tears or chips. ; B&W Illustrations; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 40 pages .
