London:Chatto & Windus, 1896. First Edition. hard cover. Very Good/No jacket. London:Chatto & Windus. 1896. 1st edition. vii+290pp+32pp. catalogue dated March 1896. Hardcover. Boards soiled and shelfworn with gilt on spine dulled. Top edges gilt. Internally, end-pages age-toned, with a large previous owners bookplate to inside front board and a small booksellers embossed stamp to top outside edge of 1st free end-page. Otherwise pages clean. The binding is tight and front hinge has started, with rear intact. A very good copy.
