Third edition, much expanded from the first edition of 1958. 144 pp., profusely ill. with b&w photos, some color plates, oversize (4to) hardcover, no dust jacket. Book is Good with firm binding, internally very nice. Fragile boards show some wear and bumping to extremities. Original owner's bookplate inside front cover. A decent copy of this important early karate book. Great step-by-step photo sequences. Excellent photos of Oyama's students training. Includes a number of photos of the master's famous battle to the death with a bull. Photos available.
