London: Kegan, Paul, Trench, & Co., 1882. Leather. Good. 8vo. Gilt-titled and decorated full tan calf, page edges and endpapers marbled, iv, 738 pp., frontispiece portrait. Leather rubbed and handled overall, somewhat heavily at edges and extremities; head and heel of spine and corners of boards bumped, small chips at top and bottom of joints, hinges cracked, book plate on front pastedown, some foxing to first and last few pages.
