New York: Beginner Books. Very Good in Very Good dust jacket. 1959. Later Printing. Hardcover. 23.5 cm. Copyright date is 1959, but this is a circa 1961 printing. It has 19 titles on the rear of the dust jacket, some that were released in 1961. Dust jacket has the artwork without a rocket. Sound and square binding in pictorial, paper-covered boards. The corner tips show some wear, but are still quite sharp. Very lightly rubbed. Faint remains of price on the front free endpaper. Inside pages are clean and unmarked. The top edge of the dust jacket is rough, possibly due to predation, but without a great loss of paper. The rear white panel has some fairly light soil. There is a bit of rub wear to the flap fold edges. The front panel is shelf rubbed, but it still quite attractive. It is price clipped. The story of what will happen to a boy when he goes to the moon. Written during the early days of space travel, and intended to educate and to entertain. Illustrated in colour. Number B-7 in the I Can Read It All By Myself Beginner Books series from Random House. .
