Limited numbered first edition, number 42 of 100 numbered copies (110 copies printed). Red cloth hardcover. A few spots on the cover, inside clean and tight in excellent condition.

Synopsis
David Garnett was born in Brighton in 1892. He worked in publishing for many years and was a literary editor of the New Statesman . He was made a CBE in 1952. He died in 1981.
