A great little book that is full of a lot of positive affirmations. I Have used some of the sayings when giving messages from the pulpit of my church. Great for lifting up those who feel a little down. A good pick-me-up that goes good with a cup of coffee (or ccoa for the younger crowd). Smile, Someone Loves You.
