Front lower edge and spine foot of jacket are chipped. Jacket spine is sunned. Page block and pages are tanned and foxed. Gap in binding on reverse of half title page is taped. Frontispiece is partially detached. Spine is slightly cocked but binding remains intact. Contents are clear throughout. HCW. Hardcover. Acceptable. Used.

A rare signature. 8vo Light cloth stamped in black. Staining to front cover and several pages in from front. Numerous photo plates printed on slick paper. 230 pages. no jacket but tape edge stains apparently from jacket having been taped has offset onto cover and endpages. Portrait frontispiece is loose and has a stain in margin. Tightly bound. Laid in are four 1930s newspaper clippings about Olley. no jacket. Book is in just fair condition due to staining and moisture demage to front cover. .
