Iowa City, IA: State Historical Society of Iowa, 1975. Hardcover. Good/Published Without Dust Jacket. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. 580 pp. Tightly bound. Three of the four corners lightly bumped. I noticed about a dozen pages where the top page corners were dog eared. There are a few pages toward the end of the book, that were dog eared, that also have a few pen notations of things the previous owner found important. No ownership markings. Published without dust jacket. The primary reason for the lower "good" rating is because the brown boards show uneven discoloring. PLEASE consider this a good reading copy.

This oversized, hardcover Facsimile of the 1875 Edition has 580 pages including many illustrations. The binding is strong with all pages firmly attached. The pages are clean with no soiling, writing, or tears. The book is undated but appears to be circa 1990. The brown covers show some light scuff marks on the back. This book looks and feels great!
