Boston: L.C. Page & Company, 1904. Hardcover. Near Fine. First edition. Pictorial gray cloth stamped in brown and gilt, top edge gilt. Illustrated with black and white portraits, plates, photographs. Front hinge cracked with frontispiece loose and laid in, contemporary owner's name on preliminary, spine darkened, about very good.
