Two complete books in one volume. 744 and 280 pp. Text is clean and unmarked with no prior owner attribution. Date 1909 is hand-written in blue ink on front free endpaper along with 35 cents. Household Discoveries contains b/w drawings. Mrs. Curtis's Cook Book contains both b/w drawings as well as full-color drawings provided by the Kellogg Fruit Co. Cover is faded with age and shows shelfwear at head and tail of spine. Rare to find first editions of both books in one volume.
