New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1894. Large Paper Edition. Hardcover. Very Good+. 29 x 23 cm. Quarto. ix, (3), 232 pages, errata sheet bound in rear. Bound in white cloth with gold lettering to spine. One of the large paper edition, limited to 100 copies. Complete with masterfully done engravings including engraved frontispiece by Alfred Jones, engraved dedication portrait by John Durrand and with 14 additional engravings all with printed tissue gaurds. Subjects of engravings include Bank-note vignettes, an iceberg, portrait of a child. Gilt top foredge. Rubbing to the bottom corners of the boards. Spine is lightly toned.
