London: George G. Harrap & Company, 1911. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo. Pp. xv, [1] 17-457. Original decorative cloth, with gold stamped spine and front board design. Top edge gilt, a couple of pages roughly opened, bookplate to front paste-down but overall a very clean and tight copy. Plate facing p. 288 repeated and used again for plate to face p. 302, so plate facing p. 302 not present as a result of a printer's error.
