New York: Farrar & Rinehart, Inc, 1940. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. First edition, first printing. Red cloth binding stamped in black, in dust jacket. Very Good with tape ghosts to front and rear free end papers, paper remnant to rear paste down (institutional?), cloth lightly worn at tips. In a Good dust jacket. Tape to front and rear panels and flaps, some of which is still tacky. Chipped at edges, and with a fragile at folds. Light sunning. Despite its flaws, the jacket presents well in Mylar.
