From the publisher

This is a story of revenge, terrorism, political opportunism and organized crime. It links together the minds of organized crime and terrorism and hatred of our freedom and way of life. It moves from London to Russia, Pakistan and Kingston Jamaica. All of them places where drugs are the new threat to our liberty. The characters include a grief stricken SAS Sergeant who has to deal with the betrayal, torture and brutal death of his only daughter. A calculating British Prime Minister who has the mind of Count Machiavelli, and exploits the situation for political advantage, aided by his weak and ambitious Home Secretary. The decide to allow the trail of revenge to take down the criminals who are blatantly operating with the protection of the law. In Pakistan the new leader of al Qaeda is looking to prove himself the worthy successor of Bin Laden. This is not helped by his American birth and his credibility is at stake. In Russia the Chechen rebels are trying to find funds to continue the fight against the Russian State. In Jamaica, the transshipment port for the Columbian drug lords are threatening this small country. MI5 is penetrated by a mole who is feeding the criminals with information. If not dealt with, it would emasculate the organization from within. The fight begins.

About the author

Colin Hendrick is the real author, but chooses to use his grandfather's name, as he was so influential in his life. The author did serve in the military, but this was many years ago. The dream was to be a great author, not a mediocre one. That dream started from childhood, as he suffered from TB and reading started really young. He has read every Tom Clancy book and admires both the style and substance of his books. Both books - The Four Horsemen of al Qaeda and Homeland Insecurity are the works to date. His career was, ironically in producing books for others, and once works with one or two successful authors - including Ken Follett. Hopefully something of this may appear in the worlds. Homeland Insecurity is a book that is about a plot by the new leader of al Qaeda. It is linked with organized crime in Russia and other places, but essentially is about revenge. He can be contacted at colin@coolcorp.com where he currently works in the oil business. It also proves God has a poor sense of hearing! The dream was to live and work in Jamaica with a balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea writing great novels just like Ian Fleming. Well, that went wrong. He sits there writing emails overlooking Kingston Harbour. Not bad eh?
