Blue cloth with a tanned paper spine label (and a spare tipped to the final advertisement leaf, as issued). Cloth faded at the backstrip, and with a little further uneven fading to the board margins. A single tiny hole to the upper gutter. Edges spotted and with some further spotting to a dozen preliminary leaves, primarily impacting only the margins. Binding a little tender at two gatherings. Former owner name inked to the head of the front free endpaper. A good copy. No dust wrapper. Twenty-two essays grouped into four sections: 'Travel', 'Places', 'Works of Art' and 'By the Way' [miscellany]. Eschelbach & Shober 3..
