Wells were friend who corresponded with each other from 1897 to 1931. Their correspondence consist of 214 letters of which 171 are published here for the first time providing an intimate reflection of two of the most interesting literary personalities of the 20th century.290pp., bound in green cloth, spine lettering gilt. A fine bright copy in near fine unclipped dust jacket printed in red and black, only slight darkening to spine.
