London (Printed in the Netherlands): Sandle Brothers Ltd. Near Fine with No dust jacket as issued. 1950. Presumed First Edition?. Hardcover. No Date, circa late 1940s/Early 1950s? . Landscape format board book with full colour paper covered Pictorial boards - of Cinderella running from the ball - and a (cloth looking) paper covered spine. 10 charming board pages including the covers/pop ups. 10 full colour pages, including the covers = 2 double page pop-ups + 2 double page colour illustrated text. The 2 pop-ups show =The Fairy Godmother, pumpkins and coach; and the Wedding of Cinderella and her Prince. All in Full Colour. Illustrator signed as 'VGR'. (? Anyone know who this is? ) . 2 Lovely large double-fold pop-up illustrations. In EXCELLENT condition, with the tiniest amount of edge-wear to the top and bottom of the spine and to the extremities, and a couple of very light scratches to the front cover, but overall this is a really well preserved, crisp copy which is VG+ /Nr. FINE. NO Inscriptions or marks and all Pop-ups, etc, are As New. A LOVELY Copy. See Images. ; 4to Rectangular .
