New York: [Committee for Non-Violent Revolution], 1946. Pamphlet. The February Conference" is a 30-page mimeographed pamphlet, 8.5x11 inches, cover toned, year penciled in corner; "Decentralized Democratic Socialism" is 7p., 8.5x11 inch mimeographed sheets stapled at corner, very good. The larger packet is an overview of topics to be discussed at the CNVR's founding conference. Under each heading is a contribution showing the opinions of David Dellinger, Lewis Hill, Roy Kepler, John Lewis, John McCarney, and others. The second document is a synopsis of the positions that were agreed upon at the conference. Many of its members had been conscientious objectors during the war including Dave Dellinger, George Houser, and Igal Roodenko.
