About This Item
Tulsa, OK; (1971): American Association of Petroleum Geologists. Quarto. In two volumes. 1486 combined pages and still considered an essential reference (see The Great American Carbonate Bank, 2014 and many USGS publications). Ira Cram had just earlier produced convincing evidence that the subsurface "Mayes" was the facies of the Boone leading to the Osage view. This was a report issued at the request of the National Petroleum Council and has been used not only by the major names in oil but all of those involved in exploration. With bibliographic references .Bound in blue cloth lettered in gilt, corners lightly bumped, some toning to page edges. A very nice set.
