St. Louis, MO: W.J. Gilbert, 1879. 584 & 116 pages, bound together in a single volume. "Kansas Addendum To Green's Pleading and Practice" by C.F.W. Dassler of Leavenworth, Kansas was published in 1880, also by Gilbert of St. Louis. Full calf with red and black spine labels. Leather with mild to moderate scuffing. One inch tear on top joint at spine head. Hinges slightly loose. Previous owners inked name on front paste down. Browning around edges of end pages. Contents are complete, intact, and clean. Although the Green title tends to be fairly scarce, The addendum by Dassler is rare and we were able to find only one copy at this time, in the Law Library of the Kansas State Library. . First Edition. Full Leather. Good/No Jacket.
