Published by The Evening News Company, Bridgeton, New Jersey, Christmas 1923. 55, [1]pp. First edition and limited, #140/300 copies. Pictorial tan burlap cloth covers mildly toned and mildly foxed; very good.
Scarce American fiction, horses being the theme, in an interesting binding. This novelette was written by this Brazilian-born author who studied at Princeton, had a career as a consular official in Latin America, and then removed to New Jersey. (Benet's) Inscribed on the limitation page: "For Virginia from George Agnew Chamberlain" -with an added sentiment on the title-page.
