About This Item

Atlanta Georgia: Georgia Trust for Historic Preservattion, 1978. First Edition. . Soft cover. Near Fine. NF/1st ed. This nineteen page pamphlet highlights some of the industrial sites around the state of Georgia that the Georgia Trust considered important to preserve, and if not preserve, document. Along with industrial factories, other types of site have been incorporated such as several pre-railroad canals located in different parts of Georgia, a turpentine still, North Fork Trestle or Well's Viaduct and even Fort Pulaski. A good start to Georgia industrial history. Pamphlet is clean, complete, secure in cover. No markings with the exception of the entry about McCranie's Turpentine Still, which has been neatly highlighted in yellow, but no print is obscured. Each entry is accompanied by a b&w photo. Comes to you in a non-acid document bag for storage. I can have it in the mail tomorrow. BASH
