London: Printed for Cobbett and Morgan, 1802. Pamphlet. 81p., half-title and title leaves present, with a terminal ad leaf of 2p. (for Cobbett's Annual Register vol I). Disbound 8x5 inch self-wraps, threads absent but adhered, external dust-soil, a few tiny stains, textblock slightly rumpled; a very good copy. Defense of Windham after he had lost the June 1802 election, a loss which the author blames on his support for the war with France.
